Sarah(-Gwendolyn Lee-)Snider is an NYC-based graphic designer, visual/sonic artist, and DJ working within the intersection of chance, identity, and technology. She has been exploring technology in music since her first year at The Walden School's Young Musicians Program in 2007. She received her Bachelor of Music in Technology in Music and Related Arts at Oberlin in 2017.
While attending Oberlin, she worked as a graphic designer for the Firelands Association for the Visual Arts, Oberlin Office of Communications, campus newspapers, and designed posters for events. She also started Pretty Records, a label dedicated to releasing music by marginalized artists, for which she also does design. After graduating, she moved to NYC to pursue her music career and began working as the graphic design intern at Robert Graham, then Krink as their graphic designer for two years. She now works as a tattoo artist and is available for part-time work in the fields of graphic design, booking, music technology, and screenprinting.
